In order to maintain the public nature and safety of the facility, all visitors to the facility are required to abide by the following rules and regulations.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in denial of use of the facility.

No smoking in all rooms

Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all rooms of the hotel.
If found, we will charge 50,000 yen or more for cleaning and deodorizing.

Check-in/Check-out

15:00 (last check-in: 21:30) / 10:00

*If there is a check-in time set for each accommodation plan, that time will be given priority.
*If you will be later than the scheduled check-in time at the time of reservation, please call the hotel.
*If you do not contact us, we may cancel your reservation.

Front desk hours

From 9:00 to 22:00

*Please note that the front desk staff may not be available during these hours.

Entrance Locking Hours

Please note that the entrance on the 1st floor is automatically locked after 22:00.
After 22:00, please hold your card key over the card reader on the left side of the entrance and press the button on the front door to enter the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Note: Please be sure to contact us if your check-in time will be later than scheduled.

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows
On the day of check-in: 100% of the room charge
The day before: 80% of the room charge
2 days before: 50% of the room charge
7 days before: 20% of the room charge
No-shows will be charged as follows
No-show/no-arrival without notice: 100% of the room charge

Please be quiet in common areas.

Please cooperate in making the hallways and common areas on the first floor a pleasant place to be.

Cautions when using the bathrooms

If you shower with the door open, the steam will set off the fire alarm. Please be sure to close the door before showering.

Cleaning service for guests staying for consecutive nights

As part of our efforts to protect the global environment, we ask our guests who stay at our hotel on consecutive nights to cooperate with our “Eco-cleaning” program. We aim to be an environmentally friendly hotel by taking concrete steps to preserve the environment and conserve resources.

About Eco-Cleaning
“Eco-cleaning” is a guestroom cleaning program designed to protect the global environ- ment. We ask our guests who stay at our hotel for consecutive nights to cooperate with our “Eco-cleaning” and reuse bed linen and amenities during their stay instead of cleaning them, thereby reducing CO2, water, electricity, waste, etc., and contributing to global environmental conservation. We appreciate your understanding and coopera- tion. As part of our commitment to the SDGs, we will make the following changes to our guest room cleaning policy for consecutive nights.

Please refrain from bringing in the following items or acts that may disturb other guests in the hotel.

  • Do not smoke in beds, other fire hazardous areas, or other areas not designated by the hotel.
  • Please check the evacuation route map on the back of the room entrance door immediately upon arrival.
  • Do not disturb other guests by loud singing, boisterous behavior, etc.
  • Do not bring any of the following items into the hallways or guest rooms.
    • Animals, birds, or other pets (excluding assistance dogs and pet rooms). (Animals, birds, or other pets (excluding assistance dogs and pet rooms)
    • Gunpowder, volatile oil, or other flammable or combustible materials.
    • Items that emit a foul odor.
    • Guns, swords, or stimulants whose possession is prohibited by law.
  • Gambling or any other conduct that may disturb public morals or cause inconvenience to other patrons.
  • Advertising, distribution of promotional materials, sales of goods, solicitation, etc.
  • Conducting conversations in inappropriate places, talking loudly, or otherwise disturbing other guests when using a cell phone.
  • Do not attach objects to the building or equipment of the facility, or do anything that may alter the current state of the facility.
  • Do not take any items in your room out of the facility or move them to another place in the facility.
  • In the event of loss or damage to the facility’s equipment or fixtures, you are responsible for all replacement or repair costs, as well as all labor and shipping costs associated with such replacement or repair.
  • Please cooperate with the separation of garbage according to the notes.
  • Please do not invite guests into the guest room to use the facilities and goods in the guest room.
  • If you wish to extend your stay, you must pay the bill before the extension.
